Host FAQs
Who can host an official CAWSYD event?
We welcome organisations, businesses, community groups and individuals to submit events in Greater Sydney or online during 8–14 March 2027. If you have an idea that inspires climate action, we’d love to hear from you.
Does it cost to list an event?
No. Listing your event in the official CAWSYD program is free. Organisers are responsible for their own event delivery costs, and we understand these can look different for every event.
Can I charge for tickets
We encourage events to be accessible and community-focused rather than run for profit. If you need to charge for tickets to cover direct event costs, that’s absolutely fine.
Can my event be online or hybrid?
Yes. Online, hybrid and in-person events are all welcome, provided they align with CAWSYD’s climate action mission.
