Marketing Masterclass - Nail Your Sustainability Messaging

Events all week
The Marketing Masterclass is an interactive workshop designed to empower marketing & sustainability professionals with the tools to align their brand messaging with sustainability and climate principles. The Masterclass equips participants from various industries to craft compelling and authentic environmental communications that balance business objectives with climate responsibility, while also keeping their consumers engaged. The in-person workshop introduces participants to the foundational principles of a robust marketing strategy. Kiarne emphasises the significance of crafting effective messages and understanding that not all messages carry equal weight to influence audiences with sustainability in mind. The session delves into climate-centric communication. Attendees learn how to identify and avoid greenwashing in five actionable steps through FACTS (Factual, Appearance, Context, Transparency & Substantiation), ensuring their campaigns maintain credibility and ethical standards. The focus then shifts to mastering environmental storytelling, a critical skill in conveying a brand’s sustainability commitment authentically. These insights are tailored to help organisations articulate their climate impact and messaging with transparency and purpose. There will be numerous opportunities for collaboration throughout the workshop, encouraging attendees to evaluate and share their own communication strategies and refine their sustainability narratives among their peers and with Kiarne. Attendees will walk away with a plan-on-a-page to implement the day’s learnings confidently when they return to work. Plus you’ll delve into how to gain buy-in, budget and influence from leaders within your organisation. This is an absolute game changer for professionals wanting to level up their communications and gain more respect in the workplace. ‘ The Masterclass is ideal for Marketing Directors, Chief Marketing Officers, Brand or Communications Leads, and Creative Directors seeking to create authentic campaigns with climate action and sustainability messaging in mind as well as ESG and sustainability leaders, compliance and product team members. By participating in this one-day workshop, participants can expect to gain a practical framework to amplify their sustainability efforts, ensuring their messaging resonates with audiences and drives positive environmental action and aligns with commercial business outcomes.
